We, as an SME, are involved in the project of the accompanying committee of FOSTA (Forschungsvereinigung Stahlanwendung e. V.), which is funded in the Industrial Cooperative Research (IGF) programme of the Federal Ministry of Economics and Climate Protection (BMWK). We are pleased to be proactively involved in this with our partners.
The Industrial Cooperative Research funding programme of the Federal Ministry of Economics and Climate Protection supports small and medium-sized enterprises in financing research contracts with external research bodies and in maintaining their own research departments. SMEs face enormous challenges in terms of competitiveness and innovative capacity in today's world, especially in the areas of climate protection, digitalisation and the energy transition. This is why the funding programme is effective, especially in tapping innovation potential in the development of new technologies or in product development.
